Okay. NotMilk. It’s not milk. I think?

In my last post, I raved a bit about NotBurgers and NotChicken Nuggets.

And I mentioned I’d picked up some NotMilk and NotMayo

I still haven’t tried the NotMayo but

I did try NotMilk

Just on a bowl of cereal – kicker?

If someone handed me a bowl of cereal with NotMilk, I’d never guess it wasn’t milk.

It comes in 2%, Whole, and Chocolate. I’m avoiding Chocolate right now, because I bought some Chocolate Oat Milk, and well… I forgot it in the fridge for 3-4 weeks, and it was chunky with mold. Gah. NotCool.

But NotMilk?

Okay, it’s too expensive.

Aside from that though, it looks, smells, and tastes like milk – and it’s good for a couple months after you buy it, not a week or so. If you’re the kind of person who likes to keep milk on hand for occasional use, and hates wasting it, this might be the product for you.

Or if you’re a vegan who misses milk, and isn’t a fan of the imitation products (Almond, Oat, Soy, whatever) that, while good, aren’t milk, or much better for the planet either? Not a bad option. I’m going to go with I’m a fan of the 3 products I’ve tried, we’ll see how #4 goes (and I really, really hope they bring their cheese and cheese slices to Canada so I can try them)
